January at Raven Rocks Gallery

Happy New Year 2026

When we think of January at the gallery, we think of bright colors. Outside is most often dark with rain, fog and mist. It can seem never ending. At times we're distracted with crazy spouts splashing cars, people and our windows with salt water. Or there's the most incredible crashing waves. In contrast, inside our gallery and home studio there's bright lights, sweet music and art being made by hand, with love. In studios from Whidbey Island, WA to the Oregon Coast, our artists are also making art from the heart for our gallery. The photos below give you a sense of the colorful offerings you'll find. Naturally, as artists, it's all about color - restful neutrals, cheerful bright tones or something in between. The backdrop of wild waves and gray sky is perfect.
