March at raven rocks gallery

The vivid blue skies of spring are already peeking through the rain clouds - so welcomed! We're focusing on this beautiful color this month. The blues of many of our art pieces often reflect the blues of sea and sky seen outside our windows. It's in the clothes we wear and in the materials we use to make our art pieces. Inside the gallery, find shades of blue in the glazes of Marcia's pottery, woven into Windwalker's tapestries, spun into skeins of yarn, wired into jewelry, flamed onto copper, sewn into fabric fun and painted into any number of art pieces. There's a turquoise blue in the crashing waves that makes our breaths catch.
